Submission of ITR-V

You can file your income tax return in several ways. The quickest way is to e-file by using your Digital Signature (only for resident Indians). Or if you prefer getting a printed copy in your hand but still want to avoid that long queue at the IT office, we’re here to assist you—with Tax Return submission services. Through this service, even NRIs can file their Indian income tax returns! If you are a Resident Indian, you can avail of Tax Return submission services only: For the city where you usually file your income tax return and If there is a Taxsmile Boutiques in that city. There is no such condition for Non-Resident Indians.

Tax Return submission services has been designed for you, if you prefer to...   E-file through Taxsmile Prepare and generate your return on the Taxsmile website and we e-file on your behalf! Taxsmile is a registered e-intermediary, authorised to electronically file your tax returns with the Income Tax Department of India. You'll get an ITR-V provisional acknowledgement via email. Take 2 prints, sign both and mail these across to your local Taxsmile boutiques or put them in one of the Taxsmile drop boxes. We'll file it with the local income tax office and mail across the final receipt to your address.   E-file by yourself If you like greater control over your filing, you can generate the return, and upload it yourself onto the government's e-filing website. You get an ITR-V provisional acknowledgement via email. Take 2 prints, sign both and mail these across to your Taxsmile boutiques or put them in one of the Taxsmile drop boxes.We'll file it with the local income tax office and mail across the final receipt to your address.   In all the above options, the acknowledgment / receipts will be mailed to you via India Post's regular mail. Also, when you send us your latest ITR-V (as the case may be), do enclose a copy of your PAN card (if filing for the first time) or a copy of last year's return acknowledgment.   Tax Return submission is an Advanced Service over and above the filing option you choose.
